DAD’S WITH A PURPOSE GUIDELINES AND EXPECTATIONS
1. Anyone convicted of a sexual offense or on the sex offender registry is not permitted on any DWP property.
2. Violating any state and/or federal laws may result in immediate removal from DWP.
3. Upon moving in, it is required to have 1st week's program fee $165/week and non-refundable program fee of $250. This will take effect the first Sunday of a person's residency. Residents must have a positive balance within 30 days.
4. $165 Program Fee is paid at the Sunday weekly house meeting. Cash or money order is acceptable. No charge for partial week.
5. Residents are expected to know and keep track of their own balance. Receipts will be given upon request via email.
6. Residents have 1 week to find a job, 2 weeks to start that job with a minimum of 30 hours/week. No overnight shifts.
7. A payment agreement of 80% of gross income will be collected until the resident is current on rent.
8. Residents on disability must volunteer or do community service for a minimum of 15 hours/week. This must be verified by having a signed log by the providing agency.
9. Residents will submit to random UA's and breathalyzer. This will witnessed by your Liaison. When asked to provide a sample, the Residents have 1 hour to do so. Failure to provide a sample will result in a positive and will be asked to leave.
10. Prescription medication must be secured and subject to a pill count.
11. Residents within their first 30 DAYS or have a negative balance curfew is 9pm. Residents with a positive balance and 31+ days in, curfew is 10pm, Sunday - Thursday, Friday and Saturday 11pm. *NOTE* Curfews DO NOT automatically extend after 30 days.
12. Residents that are 31+ days in DWP and are current on rent, employed and doing their chores may furlough 2 nights/week. Furlough requests must be submitted on the Band app 48 hours in advance and approved by liaison.
13. Quiet time begins at 9pm on weekdays and 10pm on weekends.
14. Children may stay up to 3 nights/week and must be supervised by the parent at all times.
15. Guests are allowed in the common areas only. No boyfriends and/or girlfriends in the houses. Guests must leave by 9pm 7 days a week.
16. No FOOD OR DRINKS are allowed in rooms except water. Rooms must be picked up and beds made, daily.
17. NO STEALING or using other's belongings without permission.
18. Chores are assigned and rotated weekly and are expected to be done daily and checked by the Chore Person.
19. Residents MUST attend a minimum of 4 meetings/week. This includes the 3 mandatory DWP meetings and 1 meeting/church.
20. Residents are expected to have a sponsor and/or mentor within 2 weeks of entering DWP. Residents must have 4 contacts per week. Texting doesn't count.
21. Residents with vehicles MUST;
a. Have current vehicle registration.
b. Have permission from owner if
resident is not the owner.
c. Have current valid driver's license.
d. Have proof of insurance.
Failure to comply will result in immediate removal from DWP.
22. Individuals who make the decision to leave DWP and/or are removed from DWP are not allowed access to the house to retrieve their belongings. They will have 48 hours to make contact with the liaison to make arrangements for pickup. Property must be picked up within 7 days or it will be considered abandoned and donated.
23. NO VAPING, NO SMOKING, NO CHEWING TOBACCO in any DWP house. PERIOD!
